East Haven is in Connecticut, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around East Haven is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Connecticut's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

The woman working in the office was especially rude, aggressive, and disrespectful. Instead of providing a simple update after hours of waiting, she spoke to the driver in an unacceptable way. Drivers deserve clear communication and basic respect.

I had a very bad and unacceptable experience at this Town Fair Tire location in Connecticut. My delivery appointment was scheduled for June 24, 2026 at 7:00 AM. I checked in early at 6:30 AM and I was the first driver to check in. A woman working there told me to drop my trailer at the dock and wait on the street, saying they would call me when the unloading was finished. By 12:00 PM, nobody had called me or given me any update. When I went back to the office just to check the status, the same woman was extremely rude, disrespectful, and aggressive toward me. Instead of giving me a normal explanation, she got angry and told me to go back and wait on the street. Her behavior felt very discriminatory and racist, and the way she treated me was disgusting and completely unprofessional. The employees were not fair, not respectful, and not organized. As a truck driver, I understand delays can happen, but there is no excuse for treating drivers this badly, especially after making someone wait for hours with no communication. This was one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever had. Management should seriously review how their staff treats drivers and customers. I would not recom
